About Me

I am a mum to three children and I have lived in Burwell for 13 years. We love animals and we have one crazy loveable dog. As a family we love music, concerts, going to the theatre, reading and spending time with our friends.

I work part-time as an Office Manager for a healthcare training company and I have over 25 years of administration experience. My involvement in various roles within the healthcare sector has inspired me to return to education and I am currently studying Psychology and Well Being with the Open University.

 

In the past, I have also worked as a carer, a nanny and a weight-loss consultant which allowed me the opportunity to meet and work with a wide variety of people. I love helping others and I recently stepped down from my role as treasurer for the local PTA, after volunteering for 6 years.

I am really excited to be able to launch this new phase of my career.

Services

Important Information

I am DBS checked (enhanced). I hold public liability insurance and all relevant insurances for services offered. Copies of these can be shown in person along with my relevant training certificates. I cannot upload here for security purposes. 

My hourly rate is £20 per hour minimum booking is 1 hour. 

Invoices and Receipts will be given, I will never ask for payment in advance, payment is due on the day unless by prior arrangement. This is for my protection and yours as I will never contact you by email, post or via facebook for payments to avoid any scam situations. 

​Travel time within Burwell is included please contact me for any other area. 

Abuse of any kind will not be tolerated I reserve the right to cancel any booking where I feel unsafe or threatened.

Apologies for any upset this may cause but for the safety of myself, other clients and my own family I may not be able to enter your home if you are knowingly aware of any contagious illness please double check with me first, in some cases PPE can be worn if not please cancel the booking there will be no cancellation fees. Doorstep drops can be offered in these circumstances.

I have a duty of care to report any safeguarding issues to the relevant authorities as does anyone working with vulnerable adults or children. 

I do not offer nor am I insured to provide personal care, administration of medications, professional cleaning or a taxi service. There are many wonderful people already offering these services locally and I am looking to work alongside these folks not replace them.
